At Crow’s Head, customer satisfaction is paramount. We work hard to make your buying experience the best it can be. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an array of options from refunds, replacements, exchanges, and gift cards to make you a satisfied customer.

Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer 30 day Easy Returns for all unopened merchandise. Simply contact us within 30 days for your Return Code.

A Return Code is required for all returns and exchanges.

Refunds are credited to the original source of payment within five business days of receiving your returned product.

Within the United States: We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all returns due to defects or incorrect products shipped.

Outside the United States: No prepaid return labels are provided.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for any unused item you’re not happy with for any reason. Let us help. Contact us if you have questions about an exchange, and we’ll help you find what you’re looking for.

Gift Cards

Gift cards and store credits are available for any return or exchange, and they never expire.
